How to find us
- Coming from 410 West take exit 22 toward Broadway, take a left and we are at the corner of 410 & Broadway in the same shopping center as the Wells Fargo, Chili’s, and Capo’s Pizza
Your appointment is specifically reserved for you. In order to honor the professionalism of our service providers, we require at least 24 hours notification for all cancellations and rescheduling. Failure to extend this courtesy will result in your credit or Broadway Nails & Lashes being charged the full amount of the services you reserved.
Arrival time: Please plan to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are 15 minutes late without calling we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Gratuities: It is customary to give a 15-20% gratuity to each of your therapists. Cash preferred.
Methods of Payment: We welcome Cash, Debit cards, Discover, Visa/MasterCard, and American Express.
Children: For everyone’s safety and relaxation, children are welcome only when receiving services.
Cell Phones: Please refrain from using cell phones while in the spa. We strive for a calm and relaxing atmosphere for all to enjoy.
